Catwoman Wallpaper Anaglyph by Geosammy Catwoman Wallpaper Anaglyph by Geosammy
Yet another 2D to 3D conversion of a piece created by :iconswfan1977:...
I enjoy doing these conversions, if I didn't I wouldn't do them.
The 3D effect was applyied to this wallpaper, only after a "depth-map" was created for the 2D to 3D image conversion. Once the "map is made, it can then be used to displace the "Red" and "Cyan" color channals/layers. This is what give the effect of depth in an otherwise depthless image. It's not that diffacult to do and once the basics are learned, anyone can create a 2D to 3D convaesion using photoshop or gimp.

You can view the original Wallpaper Image by clicking here and while your there, have a look around at some great looking wallpaper and fan poster.

Thanks, I had issues with the cyan layer in photoshop, but was able to correct some of them with a little smudging. I'm sure you could have done a much nicer job at it. The "C" in the text seem to be out of place on the original image so I left it as is.

I really had no idea about Catwoman/Ann Hathaway or anything related to the Batman movies. I don't follow what's going on. :giggle:

No gimp or PS... that's a big learning curve.
